1. General Information Regarding Your Right to Apply
• Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), as a data subject, by applying via the domains through which Cemre Yachts, a registered trademark of Hayati Yachting and Tourism Services Limited Company, provides services, you may submit the requests listed below:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- If your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its correction and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
- Although processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legal provisions, if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, to request the deletion, destruction, or anonymisation of your personal data and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you as a result of analysing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, to request compensation for such damage.
Our Company will finalise your application as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest, pursuant to Article 13 of Law No. 6698.
2. Application Method
Pursuant to Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your requests within the scope of these rights to our Company in writing, by using the e-mail address you have previously notified to our Company and that is registered in our system, or by fax. During the application by the Data Subject, the following explanations should be taken into consideration.
